Thank You Blue has been consistent (P-4322) but hasn't shown the toe to win recently and is 3lb behind on the ratings. Limerick Leader's decent recent placing (-23341) suggests improvement but he's 12lb below the top-rated horse and stepping up in grade against sharper rivals. Sir Carnegie has a good recent sequence (311651) and quick backup run just 2 days ago, but at 6yo with only 101 OR he looks the weakest on ability in this quartet, and the very quick turnaround could blunt him. The Skelton team have the strongest hand: proven winning form, big yard support, and a jockey booking that signals confidence. I'm happy to take a short-priced but solid favourite here given the small, weak field and clear ratings edge.
